Man I finally started going to classes at YC, and so far it's been pretty righteous~
Just gotta keep up the pace, and stay on top of everything. There was a minor snag- I took a Cultural Anthropology class that wasn't even required for my course O_o so I traded it for an online math class lol. Damn. Had to pay 140$ for a freakin eBook! So bullshit man... Anyways.
I'm living with this awesome lady, she's all into organic stuff, and she has two young boys Jonas and Jacob, I think are their names. Their really good kids, they remind me of myself at that age lol. All about exploring and adventuring and getting into every nook and cranny xD
She's a real good lady, very warm and trusting. I hope she comes to trust me and recognizes that I'm an honest cat, and I'm sure she recognizes how appreciative I am of this gracious opportunity- it's only 350$/month + utilities! That's AWESOME! And we're getting internet, too. She's all into organic food and healthy living- she's aware of all the nasty chemicals in the food and stuff nowadays, so it's really cool that we clicked like that lol. She's also willing to wait til I get my financial aid on the 25th, man, I mean what an angel. Thank you GOD for sending this- well, thank God that there's people like her out there.
I can't wait to get up and running. One big thing I'm doing this semester is loaning a friend $600. My parents would freak out if they knew- momma mia. I'll probly just tell em I need 600 for a laptop, seeing as she already gave me her old laptop, so they don't know what I'm doing... I feel bad, but, knowing my parents... God. They'd skin me if they knew I was doing something genuinely out of the goodness of my heart lol. It scares them whenever I do a compassionate act. I don't wanna be like them, when I get older. At least in that regard. I will always help my friends- they are the greatest investment you can make.
I don't have too much time here left. It's time to go home and eat my summer sausage and banana, and orange lol. Tomorrow I'm gonna hit up another grocery store and get myself some more food... though my plans for tomorrow are to come to the college and do all my homework. Most of it's due the 19th or the 20th but, hey let's get it off to a good start!
God, thank you for this opportunity. thank you... momma mia~
